What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00.

Can I check in early?

A.

We accept at 2,200 yen (tax included) per hour. It can be changed up to 12:00.
It depends on the reservation status, so please contact the hotel directly.

Can I have a late check-out?

We accept at 2,200 yen (tax included) per hour. It can be changed up to 13:00.
It depends on the reservation status, so please contact the hotel directly.

When do I pay for my stay?

Please pay at check-in.

Q.

When does the cancellation fee start?

A.

Cancellation of reservation is free of charge up to 2 days before the date of stay.
20% of the accommodation fee will be charged for cancellations made the day before the arrival date, and 80% will be charged for cancellations made on the day of arrival.
Also, if you do not show up without notice of cancellation, we will charge the full amount of the accommodation fee.

For group reservations of 15 people or more, please check directly with the sales office or hotel where you made the reservation.
Please note that if the accommodation plan has a separate cancellation policy, that policy will apply.

About guest rooms

Is it possible to connect to the internet inside the hotel?

Free Wi-Fi connection is available in all rooms.
For the password required for connection, please ask for information in your room or at the front desk.

Q.

What are the guest room amenities?

A.

Bath towels, face towels, bath mats, nightwear, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and slippers are provided.
Toothbrushes, razors, hairbrushes, cotton pads and cotton swabs are provided free of charge at the front desk.

Are there refrigerators in the rooms?

A.

We have an empty refrigerator with no contents inside.

Are there safety boxes in the rooms?

There is no safety box in the room.
Please manage it by yourself.

Do you have rooms with a separate bath and toilet?

Unfortunately we don't have it.

Q.

Do you have non-smoking rooms?

A.

Yes. The 19th to 22nd floors are non-smoking floors.

Q.

I would like to stay in one family room. Do you have a room that can accommodate a large number of people?

A.

There are no rooms that can accommodate a large number of people.
The maximum capacity of the Premier Twin is 3 people.
A sofa bed will be provided for 3 people.

Are there telephones in the rooms?

A.

There are no telephones in the guest rooms.
To contact the front desk, please use the front desk phone located near the elevator hall.

About facilities and services

Is there a parking lot?

A.

Yes, we do. Advance reservations are required.

Q.

Is there a convenience store nearby?

A.

There is a Lawson on the first basement floor and a Family Mart on the first floor.

Q.

Can you keep my luggage before check-in and after check-out?

A.

We will keep it for you at the front desk, so please let us know.
Please note that valuables cannot be stored.

Q.

I would like to send my luggage to the hotel in advance.Is it possible?

A.

Please contact the hotel in advance.
Except for valuables, food, and dangerous goods, we can keep them until check-in.
When sending, please specify the date of stay and the name of the guest on the slip and send it to the hotel address.

Q.

Can I bring a service dog such as a guide dog?

A.

Service dogs are welcome, but pets are not allowed to stay.
Please let us know when you make a reservation.

About Baby & Kids

Q.

I would like to share my child's bed with me, but is there a charge?

A.

Children of elementary school age (12 years and under) may stay in the same bed free of charge. If you require bedding for your child, you can stay at the same rate as an adult.
If you have elementary school children who would like to share the bed with you, please enter the number of children as "Infants (no meals and bedding)" when making a reservation. Maximum of 1 person may share a bed with each adult (1 bed).
Please note that if your child, an elementary school student (sleeping with you), requires meals or the use of on-site facilities, this will not be included in the reservation fee and will need to be paid separately on-site.
