The floors are cleaned three times a day, and when time allows, they use a roller to clean them. They also check for hair in the hallways, elevators, and on the sofas and cushions in the cafe. On days when there are many guests staying overnight, they apparently use up two rolls of roller in one day.
We also take great care to prevent odors. We have air purifiers throughout the building, and in the dog lounge, which is used by many dogs, we operate two large fans at night. The odor-proof box-type dog toilets are also thoroughly cleaned frequently.
The guest rooms also require more thorough inspections than regular hotels. After professional cleaning, staff members go around to check that there is no trash in the water dishes, no food under the beds, etc. As some of the dogs have allergies, they are especially careful about trash on the floor to prevent them from accidentally ingesting it.
