Anyone can join. Enrollment is only possible through the Solare Hotels website.

There are no age restrictions or nationality restrictions. All memberships must be registered and enrolled on the Solare Hotels official website.
No membership card will be issued. We do not accept requests at the hotel front desk/reception.

Free. No annual fee. There are no costs to be borne by the customer.

The e-mail address you registered when you signed up will be used as your ID, and no card or membership number will be issued. After registering as a member, log in with your e-mail address and password on the Solare Hotels website and make a reservation to receive points. Please refer to My Page on the Solare Hotels website for your registration information and point history.

One e-mail address constitutes one membership registration.

For reservations made on the Solare Hotels website, 1 point will be awarded for every 100 yen spent on room charges.

1 point will be awarded for every 100 yen spent on the room charge (tax included) of the reservation. Points will be awarded 4 days after check-out from the actual reservation. Granted points can be used immediately.
*Some hotels are not eligible for points, so please refer to the Solare Hotels website for the latest list of hotels eligible for points.
* Use of facilities such as restaurants, cafes, beauty salons, and Large Public Bath other than the benefits of the accommodation plan is not eligible for points.
* Reservations made by phone, chat, reservations made through other companies' websites, reservations at corporate rates, and reservations made through travel agencies are not eligible for points.
*Registration as a member before making a reservation or at the time of making a reservation is a condition for awarding points. Reservations made before membership registration are not eligible for points.

Points can be used to book hotel stays at points-eligible hotels via the Solare Hotels website.

You can use 500 points as a 500 yen discount on the reserved accommodation fee, or use 3,000 points as a cash back of 3,000 yen.
* Points cannot be used for using facilities such as restaurants, cafes, beauty Large Public Bath, and public baths.

When you make your next reservation on the Solare Hotels website, please apply for cashback from using points.

When you check-in at your accommodation, we will hand over the amount according to your application. Please note that you will be asked to sign the receipt at that time. We cannot accept requests for cashback benefits on the day of check-in, so please use them next time. In addition, we do not accept handing over (mailing, advance receipt, etc.) other than at the time of check-in at the hotel front desk / reception.

Cashback will only be given to customers who are members.

After logging in, click Change member information on My Page.

On the member information change page of the login screen, when changing member information, overwrite the information to be changed and click "Change registered contents", and check "Subscribe to mail magazine" to stop mail magazine distribution. Please remove To withdraw, please click "Withdraw" at the bottom.
