We have recently completely renovated our breakfast buffet.
To allow you to experience the essence of Hida Takayama more than ever before, we have further enhanced our menu with local ingredients and regional flavors, offering over 60 dishes in total, combining both Japanese and Western cuisine.

We offer a wide variety of Japanese side dishes, including pickled red turnips, also known as "meshidorobo-zuke" in the Hida region.
You can enjoy freshly cooked Hida Koshihikari rice or porridge with your favorite toppings.

In addition to daily specials like Hida beef croquettes and fried chicken, they also offer a wide variety of Western-style dishes and salads.
The popular sauces and dressings made at the local roadside station "Pascal Kiyomi" enhance the dishes.

Additionally, we source our bread from "Naruse," a long-established and beloved local bakery.
