Warning regarding redirection to phishing sites

We have confirmed that some customers who have made reservations at our hotels through the online booking site "Booking.com" are currently receiving suspicious messages impersonating our hotels or Booking.com.

These messages may be sent via messaging apps such as WhatsApp and may contain malicious URL links that lead to fraudulent phishing sites (scam websites) disguised as reservation or payment confirmations.

Please note that we will never contact customers who have made reservations through our hotels directly via messaging apps such as WhatsApp.

In the unlikely event that you receive a suspicious message, we strongly urge you not to access any URLs provided.
